Got back into the swing of things today. Doing starting strength. Second workout and im dyin squirtle.
85 on bench
135 on deadlift
40 on squats
All freeweights.
Those numbers will rapidly improve I'm sure.
What really sucks is that back when I weighed 350 pounds or so I could bench 135 easy. Now it's much more difficult to do without all those calories.
