Why do we play Maplestory?

While we are on this subject, I'd kind of like to get the opinions of what I would guess were the most dedicated players of all: the MapleWatch Leaf Brigade. Well, at least the ones that revealed themselves here.

I quit for a combination of reasons:
I had just joined the Navy and finished training/schools, which was stressing me out/eating up time. I had started playing DFO, which utterly DESTROYED any remaining interest I had in Maple. And Maple was consuming way too much of my money. Once I started playing other games I sortof realized how shallow Maple essentially is and couldn't go back.[/COLOR]
