Cang Du says that his use of Daiguren Hyorinmaru in this chapter was the first time Hitsugaya sees it on the receiving end. Didn't he use it against Hitsugaya before, and it started evaporating from Yamamoto's bankai?
Not sure what to think about the whole bankai thing getting resolved already. It seems very pointless so far, so either it was brought up to bring up the whole quincy-hollow thing, or there's more to it that we will see in future chapters.
