I can't find it now but there was in fact an ad online for a "customer service supervisor" before hime left, it stated that this position would have to deal with extreme frustration from limitations on how to resolve a lot of issues. So what I'm saying is, this live chat function isn't some fat lazy retard who doesn't care about his job just copying and pasting answers. He's limited to those answers and those limitations can be the result of Nexon's headquarters (technically Korean Nexon) although the location of the headquarters is now in Japan.
