How was your day? - League of Legends edition

I won every game I played as Veigar support (with @ResistGreen; as my ADC).

Now try to maintain that Silver III. I was demoted because of so many trolls that decide to feed/throw the game.

Now I'm practicing other roles instead of maining support. Can't really rely on teammates to carry. Any advice on what champions to play to help me carry teammates?
