Unfortunately this is something that has been tried so often, even/especially here on Southperry where we had an entire (failed) Call To Action section, that even if you do manage to get hopes yet again and participation, odds are it will just fail again. Redoing the same thing over and over expecting different outcomes is the definition of insanity after all. What's changed to make this work any better now?
