Me and my family just found out we have an elderly home next door. Seriously, the house (that had been for sale for at least a year) wasn't bought two months ago and without even asking anyone in the neighborhood, these people just established an elderly home there. Yep, there goes the value of the house.
I've got no idea if we as neighbors have a say in the matter. But what surprises me is how "seemingly" easy it is to establish such a thing, without the knowledge of any of the neighbors aaand assuming they actually have the permits to do so. Right now the street looks like a highway with all the leaving and entering. Geez... things are going to get interesting...
