Pointless discussion. Even if they were to actually change the law, the problem is Nexon's definitions of "prepaid" just flat out override it. You aren't technically paying for a service, you use their service, but when you purchase NX, it's giving them permission to charge your account while they "reward" you 25k nexon points which have no real world value.
