Well I'm not gonna do this discussion all over again, but Private Servers has NOTHING to do with Copyright (They didn't copy the server software, they made that software themselves), Piracy (They're not selling any stolen items), and let alone Trojans, Malware or Virusses...

Last i checked, maple contains art, music/sound effects, nexon has the license to choose who can distribute it, and the rights to choose who can make copies of it for distribution.
