It wouldn't be fair to compare a bottom line for private servers anyway. They don't create content, but merely copy it. There's some coding to make it work, but it's merely adapting to what already exists.
...then again, Nexon America almost does the same thing. They don't make new content, but rather just import what the makers of other versions put out.
