Yup, I did have my suspicions, same for a couple other extremely strong players, but obviously if they do have items like that they're not going to be showing them to anyone
50m with Phantom Blow /is/ possible without them, it'd just require a HUGE amount of attack/LUK (and probably 50-60% ATT on top of that in bonus/potential) :|Also I'm pretty sure she only hits so high with Adv Dark Sight, which is another 1.2x multiplier on top of the 1.6x from Final Cut, but still xD
