Maybe some cloths (prob nx) that look like some of the characters like you mentioned, kirito's coat of midnight and Asuna's Knights of the Blood Oath. definitely an Asuna hairstyle. Weapons might be a bit harder since they would mostly be swords, but i guess any iconic ones could be made. a possible pet could be Pina. I dont know how many NPCs it include, but I guess major characters (relevant to the plot that are there for a long time)
