It's always appeared most often the first time I visit my farm after midnight. But now it's doing that more rarely, even though, like Prism, I've gained about 4k aesthetic points since the patch.
To tell the truth, I don't quite understand what the "%" of its appearance refers to. If I have 20% chance, does that mean I will see it (on average) once in five days? Five hours? Five 3-hour or 6-hour windows? Five visits to my farm? [MENTION=1747]iAmFear[/MENTION], do you know?
If it's days (which is what it seems to be now), I guess it was broken before, because it was showing up almost every day. However, I have had it show up randomly in the middle of the day (after several visits). So I don't know.
