KMST 1.2.489 - Skill Changes.. ... again

Not sure if you already posted this information, but I remember reading in a thread you said this patch contained 3rd tier hearts? I can't seem to find them.

No idea where it comes from, guess we'll find out today since the patch is hitting kMS. Given the origins of the other permanent hearts, except for Beryl, I would think it's safe to say Gacha Box, though.
