Ah, dear one, seems like you may overestimate your abilities in support.
My words of advice: assume your ADC is a little kid and you're babysitting him.
First conclusion: You can't leave him. If you leave him he'll die. Seriously. You're a goddammn babysitter. You can't leave a goddamn 9-year old alone. Even if he doesn't die the other babysitter and kid will beat the crap out of your kid, which is why the kid blames you even if it's the kid's fault that dies.
And quite frankly you have to focus on the map awareness yourself, and ping when someone's coming. The ADC is too stupid/focused on last hitting/unskilled to watch the minimap. Supports have it a lot easier to look at the minimap, as aside from the occasional poke and the constant zoning you have nothing else to do. Hell, ping for other lanes.
Not to mention your build could be better. Instead of Unholy Grail you probably should've got the Crucible, even if they have hardly any CC. And buying a Ruby Sightstone before the Aegis (and upgrading into Locket before the Glacial Shroud). Ninja Tabi instead of Merc Treads would've probably be better in that situation, too.
