Well my main account didn't recieve any since the last check- I have checked the others yet.
1) Bellocan
2) lvl 71 I/L
3) Not sure, she finished all the quests, and had a couple 250 cards.

6) Well I'm not 100% sure but it seems highly likely as I tend to log in every day.
I made screen shots of my points expiring (though they went off the page). And if Nexon can't figure it out by the next patch I'll log tickets and bug them.
