Well it's good to hear about Cutter's Cry! I am trying to get there in the next couple of days. My gear needs an update.
EDIT: I read somewhere that boss FATEs that give a minion (Cancer?) have a respawn timer of one hour, whereas boss FATEs that don't give a minion (Svara) have a respawn timer of 30 minutes. I hope this helps people keep track of FATE grinding, since these give CRAZY good exp.
