*sigh* drama....
I just wish we got the notes asap... It cant really be that hard to write them. The patchs have to be planned at least days in advance (especially since they have notices for the game being down while they update). Couldnt they just have a rough draft, update it when they make changes for the next update, then publish it the day of or before the patch? They just get posted too late...
