Solution to at least the DS Lite's shoulder buttons- Seal your lips around one of them and just blow a few times, worked several time for me.

Wrong. I blew so much moisture into my systems that the top screens would eventually sport ugly red bands until the system could no longer turn on. I had to rely on the sound to identify a shiny encounter.

Sucks that sending the 3DS for repair meant wasting 85 dollars plus S+H. I can't even get the site to change the option from fixing a camera to shoulder button replacement.
