MPE IS BACK.

The x1.5 PQ is nice too for my link mules as well.
So I'm assuming my level 205 can MPE as well? It probably caps off at like 160 like Evo World though
Really don't want to make 5 level 120 cygnus though might just make 4 level 70's if I get the character slots and I already have one 120 and then slowly level the others as events come.
