Cygnus Awakening - Southperry Sneak Peak

I went off the assumption of what I read from Reddit's AMA the other day. I read that the Masteria update would come with the Cygnus Revamp.

I think masteria update will come after Job rebalance and before RED update.
Just to remind you, Winter update are mostly in December- February.
September- Cygnus awakeness
October- Job rebalance
November- good opportunity
