Limited Time Job and Character Release

Speaking of KMS, this occurred to me. Didn't they mentioned a balancing with Heroes, Nova and Resistance as well?

I'm telling you, release the currently revamped knights while the other two are developed. By the third knight's release, I'd think that the other two would be finished by then, and then would be ready for their GMS debut.

Nevermind, what Spadow was referring to already happened before RED.
