Pokémon X and Pokémon Y

RNG manipulating is pretty fun and straightforward once you get used to it.. well, on BW1 it is. BW2 breeding is impossible to RNG but entralink is easier compared to BW1.
i haven't done that stuff in a while though, i wonder if dream radar has a windows-based program now? anyway.

if you really want, i could always breed a shiny eevee with either my IDs or yours (it will hatch shiny on your end, but i need your secret ID). raising them is a whole other story.. EVs and such. IVs are determined by parents and random generation as soon as you get your hands on the egg.

i could go on but it's a little complicated and off-topic since this is about X and Y. i am curious about new RNG methods if they are even possible (lol breeding BW2 is a complete MESS)
