Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
White knight's skill hp recovery keeps saying "you can't use the skill yet", as if it is in cooldown, regardless of actual cooldown (it says it even when just logged in). I remember it was like that one year ago before quitting, don't know if it was never adressed or was fixed and then screwed again.
