Cubing my current bow has not been going so well since none of the unique pots have went on them. But when going for boots, i see a bunch of people with "Decent" skills on their tyrants. Is this supposed to be a thing, or do I just go for pure %Dex?

I would just aim for pure %Dex on your armor, I mean unless you get a decent skill with 15%+ Dex (like decent skill, 9% dex, 9% dex or some combo like that).
Also thank you haha. I actually bought the lvl 20 bypass key package yesterday and used it so I can equip my Falcon Wing Gloves & Dominator Pendant...would've used it for my Falcon Wing Shoulder but the keys don't work on Shoulder slot incase anyone was wondering lol. But yeah I equipped those 2 items and buffed up...I forgot to post the pre-T&C and post-T&C screenshots I took so I will edit this later and add the stat window pics for those of you curious haha
