Mine overheats sometimes and smells like burned plastic even (Mmmm~ What a nasty smell.) but uh, I can't really do much about it. The reason it does is due to technically being overclocked. This thing is far too old to handle all these flashy new programs and it just runs itself to the point of becoming a bloody oven. When that happens though, I simply shut everything down and unplugg it from the adapter. 5 minutes later it's fine.
