You're right, it does smell fishy. And this is coming from Nexon who scolded Girasol for releasing those perm Hyper Teleport rocks and such.
Come to think of it, it has been a long time since Nexon put the permanent pets on sale, and then they decided to give them out for free? Why don't they just put them up on sale again instead?
