MSEA *will* have KoC revamp

Okay, to summarise what will we be getting in tomorrow's patch
- KoC revamp (all 3 at once)
- meso cap increase (to 10b)
- hene VU
- 1366 x 768 resolution
- new messenger system
- new cash shop UI
- Phantom and merc skill update
- level cap

And the patch is for 10hours..

And AB nerf ofcourse, which suprisingly no one mentioned on playpark forums.

Seeing as MSEA has the pre-nerf KMS one, it will be a huge nerf and worth mentioning.
