Scrolling all scrolls will pass boots

So I finally got an all scroll will succeed boot (unfortunately its a warrior boot ). Since its a warrior boot, should I use a +1 att armor scroll, then +9 all stat scroll and use 40% boom iCoG. Or should I just +9 all stat scroll it? I know Xenons would benefit from +9 all stats, but what about warriors? I can use the 40% boom icogs on this since it will pass. but I'm not guaranteed to get much or any attack. Any suggestions?

That's pretty much what I did.

6 +9 all stat scrolls
1 +1 att scroll
2 Chaos Scroll of Goodness (20%)
