Also, considering Xenon has only been out a few short weeks, I am curious as to what you consider "out for a long time".

I think he's referring to the practice of ALT+Tabbing while using a keydown skill.

So given that's what you did, it's no wonder you got banned. Pretty sure they've made comments that said that doing that falls under the same category as putting a rock on a certain key to keep spamming it.
