Neither of those are being sold to a third party (as defined by tos) nor are they being sold for anything of value (as defined by tos). This is a perfectly legitimate trade to nexon's tos.

So you agree, that we are allowed to purchase NX, or NX items with mesos, therefore mesos - NX type transactions are allowed.
