Ok, I set up the special monsters full chart and form:

Again, if you want to make spreadsheet submissions, please copy the 'Spreadsheet Input' table's tabs to make it easiest for me to paste results in.
Will be working on the user-friendly (dropdown) version's code now.
[edit]7pm Thursday. Had to disable new responses because the formula I used is not scaling well and the spreadsheet is currently failing to even load.
[edit]8pm Thursday. Responses are being accepted again, new format (like the old chart, just shows a list of names who have the monster). Query automatically filters out expired monsters, but may not be 100% accurate - use the 'Single Type' tab to get details. Running the accurate queries on ~3800 cells was making googledocs slow.
