Vino Wrote:Well I just read through 70% of the Term of Use about Nexon, ignored all the miscellaneous stuff that doesn't apply normally.
There is nothing about in-game trading with NX.
I'll give you another shot to correct yourself before I do it for you :|

However, I do not doubt that MANY people have been wronged and have never/will never be compensated.
Not sure who's arguing this as there have been multiple times in the past nexon has done false bans. Discussing the reason behind it is important as "randomly" doesn't add any significance to the situation. No one is arguing whether it's a mistake or not, but it's childish to just assume "HEY, I'M A SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE WHERE THEY ARE BULLYING ME".

It just establishes that they don't give a damn about you but they're willing to take your money. They've made it absolutely clear several times that you will not be refunded, and if there is an error in the transaction, you will be banned, whether purposely or adherent.
Preaching to the wrong guy. I think everyone who plays this game is a closet masochist. I won't say stupid because not everyone plays the game for the sake of the vicious boss cycle they have developed. But I laugh at any "derp I'm a beta player and I remember when wizet made this game perfectly, you guys just dont know how corrupted it got". It's take these players specifically almost 10 years to figure out Nexon isn't for their better interest. Wizet was replaced 6 months after the games release, although the announcement was about a year total. After the leaving of Girasol, I don't know how players continue to play knowing that nexon is intentionally just trying to make the game more difficult than necessary.

It really doesn't make sense to me, they can lose a lot of business that way (albeit they still make millions).
I've been banned on GunZ before for being "too good". I was 21-0 at level 3 and they just kicked me off the server. Good times.
Nexon has a really annoying bureaucratic system when it comes to bannning. They aren't always right but it's impossible to prove them wrong as half the time they dont even give you a reason. Also, the reason they are so successful is because people live under a rock. Look at some of these threads on the server checks about people trying to defend their choices, saying "It could be worse". It's that exact mindset that makes us settle for mediocrity. You want to point out that you don't agree with their decisions? Quit. That's the strongest most reliable message you can give them.
Vino Wrote:Oh, did I mention they updated their "username restrictions"? It's funny so I'll tell you what is or isn't allowed.
No iconic username that represents any figure i.e. batman, tonystark (isn't that funny? I've seen millions of names like these)
No username that has any religious affiliation.
No username that represents anything to do with criminal activity
No username that is a sentence/partial sentence (I mean come on, really?) i.e. youwillnotsurvive (LOL, something that harmless is bannable).
No username with any leet speak (now we're just getting too picky) i.e. iarenoob
No username with any rank or title (when and where did they comprise this and what magic mushroom did they eat?) i.e. Queen, major, king, lord, sergeant, captain
Which is why no one's first point should be "I WAS 100% legit", I'm even skeptical of people who try to claim "ive never touched a duped item", especially when white scrolls were available.
