Why should it be a necessity to begin with? You justify with "lesser than two evils" concept, which isn't smart at all because a bad day could always get worse, much like a bad deal. So when you tell people not to complain because you can specifically tolerate it, you only become part of the perpetuating problem of Nexon's incompetency.
