PSA: GMs are banning players for attendance.

Not lazy so much as poorly trained, careless, rushed, outsourced GMs.
Realize that somehow its cheaper for Nexon to outsource the GM banning jobs to other companies who would charge them minimum wage x2 or x3 (to include overhead and profit), than having their own minimum wage people do the job. The only way this could be cheaper is if the outsourced GMs are banning much faster than in-house GMs would, so obviously accuracy is going to be horrible.
Why waste time trying to chase down a real hacker who can switch channels every second, when you can easily ban this whole group here just hanging on ropes; who's gonna know?
The Nexon manager sees 10 bans/hour from in-house GM vs 20 bans/hour from BansRUs Inc for the same or less money, and thinks that must be a good thing, never considering that most of the bans may be bogus.
Banning being outsourced also explains why the people at Nexon know nothing and can do nothing about the banning.
