Eh didn't nexon release something about it's stance on leeching or something? That or they consider your method a "glitch" or abuse by not doing the even as intended. Again, I'll repeat it, these type of things should be expected, it's you choice to play after nexon has made it inherently clear that you are not a customer.
As for Mesos Vs NX, it's a bannable offense because of the legality behind it. By being able to purchase $5 for 5k NX points, then sell those NX points for mesos, they are giving a real life value to their software, which would make their gambling like services illegal. Even though it clearly still happens, nexon has made it clear they don't condone it and will punish those who are found doing it.

I don't know what sh`itty game you're helping manage(godhelpit) but you can't ban someone in that fashion without a legitimate reason/proof. Gm's in maplestory have to write reports on why they banned these users, they don't go on a hunch and do it willy nilly. There is a bureaucratic system involved, no matter how tedious and stupid it is.
