let's say it's a 2000 nx exp coupon
someone gifts you one for 200m, nexon loses three potential dollars of profit, because if the player hadn't sold it to you, you'd have had to give them five dollars for your two dollar item

I know you're not AGREEING with it, per se, but who's to say that player would have ever charged that 5 dollars to begin with? Or even can? A lot of players quite literally physically cannot charge NX by any means... so that isn't really a lost sale since a sale never existed in the first place...
