Wii U Discussion: Super Mario 3D World out in all the places (that matter!)

Surprisingly quiet since Pikmin 3 has been released in everywhere-except-america. How is the game?

I didn't know if anyone else was even buying it.

It's more pikmin is about all I can say about it. You don't really do anything that different from the previous games. Caves from pikmin 2 are out, but the areas are much bigger (and they look amazing).


For instance.

I guess, at least, pikmin 3 has that when I say "well, it's more pikmin!" I mean that as a good thing (unlike you super mario 3d world) because it's what I expected out of it, and am happy playing it. It's a good game, and I recommend playing it, but the game isn't going to be the kind of thing that helps the U out of it's dreadful current situation.

edit: I don't like the game pad controls though. Wiimote+Nunchuck all the way. The gamepad doubles as a map while you're using a Wiimote, but I would have preferred having a map on my TV if I'm honest.
