I was able to finish the rest of the reference and imported it.
You can find it HERE.
Also, I decided to try and develop a procedure for individuals without Southperry to submit their farms. The beta of that feature took the form of a Google Form, which can be found HERE.
Much of the reference is still out-of-date and in desperate need of updating, this took what time I had for now, but some of you have already started that work in this thread. Once we cobble together our committee I'm sure we'll have things in tip-top (balloon) shape in no time. Ironically, I'll be finishing my DA on Wednesday, so I'll finally have an hour or two to get back in the trenches too.
I won't lie, I have grand ambitions for this new phase of the reference. Having people that will help on the entire reference is already a great blessing, but being able to selectively allow people to modify their own farms is even better, especially since this is what takes the bulk of the time when updating. It is significantly more time consuming to jump from species-to-species just to type "1" than almost anything else. Also, people with multiple "Play" farms can update their own at their leisure, instead of dropping 10 at once.
Specials and Special Parents have not yet been addressed, I don't know the best way to add them without things getting messy again. Perhaps a second spreadsheet with just those monsters in individual tabs or grouped together A - F or something similar.
If you'd like to help, please create a Google account if you don't already have one and let me know. Even if you aren't selected for full privileges, I can probably unlock your farm(s) cells to let you update independent of myself and others.
I am unaware of anyway that someone that does not have permission can alter the spreadsheet in any way. It can be done with permissions, but the change is saved immediately and will be viewed that way until it is changed back. Either change isn't difficult so if someone is cleaning up farms switches it to work, it's no big deal to switch it back after.
Related, in order to get sorting to work out correctly zeroes had to be put in all empty cells which made the reference look catastrophic. Unfortunately Google Sheets has no method to ""hide" zeroes so a workaround using conditional formatting of zeroes to white text had to be done. Silly Google.
I am not sure what you have asked in the bolded section.
I will consider reapplying the chinchilla or some bold/italics combo. I agree that attention should be drawn to reliable farms, I try to own a few single-typed, high-ranking farms, myself. I think the qualifications for special recognition will be as you state: reliably single-typed, or consistently updated farms.
My only hangup with the chinchilla was the two tiers it creates in these original tables; it just doesn't translate well to the spreadsheet, especially if you want sorting. I think some combination of color, font and boldness on the farm name will draw sufficient attention to farms regardless of their position in the table. I would like the chinchilla to be present, but I'm not savvy enough to know how to get it there.
Send me another request, I didn't get your previous one. I think comments were locked, too.

It would be nice to help update the list if it is possible, I sent a request on the preview for now.
