What do you look out for when main-ing a character/class/job?

I mained Aran because of the feel. The big polearm, the great mobbing, the big numbers, the combo system. It tied together to make to make a great experience.

I mained kaiser after that because I liked gigas wave and transfigure, and my most favorite was being able to ignore attack reflection for most of a fight.
