I offered to trade either the hat or suit for a Clean Slate 20% scroll that doesn't destroy the item if failed, and the seller of the scroll wants both the hat and suit, as he says that the scroll is worth 175 - 200 mil and he doesn't know how much the hat and suit are worth.

Are they worth 175 - 200 mil together? Or are they worth less? Or are they worth more? Thank you for your help.
