1. depends if you want water or air. Air gives more performance for $(and silence), water gives a lower profile output. At minimum, I would suggest an h80i or better for the 3930k if you ever do get around to overclocking. Air cooler wise, I would normally just ask how much you have to spend and what your options are.


3. yes the current motherboard will fit, its standard ATX

I don't see myself overclocking in the near future, so I guess air would be fine. These are the compatible coolers that show up for me:

I'm also a bit confused if I need any more coolers other than the processor one. Other than that one, are the case fans enough (if it even includes any)?
