Hmm, I wasn't on for this hot time in kMS, but there's only one Lotus Hair Coupon in the data (I assume you randomly get one of the five coupons of your gender rather than getting one coupon that randomly gives you one of the five, since there's no like, consumable random hair coupon), and that's untradeable, so I'd assume they're all untradeable.
