MSEA *will* have KoC revamp

Due to this event, a lot of hackers bumped up. No legit players were able to defeat hard magnus, not even SoaringAria, a crazily funded BaM. Here's what a hacker got from Hard Magnus in my server.

pala hitting 3-4m blast I think, ab capping with soul seeker, lumi ~10mil ender
