Haven't been on Facebook for a while. Decided to scroll through my profile to see what I'd been doing for the past year. I was a god damned loser.
I remember reading a quote in 2011 that said, "If you can't look back at yourself from a year ago and not be embarrassed, you're doing something wrong". I used to think of this, remember myself from a year ago, and be so proud that "I'm so much better now". Two years later, I realize that I'm going to be thinking the same thing every year, and the year I don't feel this way is the year that I've fucked up somehow.
But holy crap, I want to cringe at myself from 2012. >>
