Changes to Cash Shop EXP Coupons

I personally think that they should have left them out for good.

It's pretty lame that there's a special title for the first few people to hit 200 on Xenon and knowing that unless you shell out for 2x coupons, it ain't gonna be yours >.>

This was exactly what I was going to get at.

If a relatively unachievable goal of Level 250 is considered meaningful, then Level 200 on a new class with an added title ought to be equally if not more meaningful. Since they've shown the ability to selectively restrict Cash Shop items, perhaps they ought to restrict the same 2X for every new class race. Not that it doesn't prevent Marvel or other means, but if they are going the route of "meaningful"...

Also, I'd really like to have been in the meeting when this was decided.

I personally don't use 2X Cards because the lack of a reason to blitz towards 250 and I hate any training longer than one hour, but I can see other people getting annoyed.
