Yes, I recorded the entire match, uploaded it, and sent that to Riot in a support ticket. I also instructed my friends how to trace the IP that the attacks were originating from, and it seems he was based in the United Kingdom; I have contacted the ISP of that area hoping something will be done. Riot has yet to respond to my ticket, but my four friends who also sent in tickets with screenshots received automatically-generated messages telling them "how to know you're being hit by a DDoS attack" instead of anything relevant to the fact that we were explicitly being told by the attacker that we were next to be disconnected, etc.
As for how my day was today, I've failed my 9th attempt at promoting to Silver II. My duo queue partner and I have only played ranked together, minus five-ish games where I was bored and decided to soloqueue, and he is at Gold II. We breeze through the LP-gaining games but as soon as my promotion series is up, it feels like our team's MMR drops to Bronze I while the enemy team stays at the usual mid-Gold level. We were both aiming for Plat this season but I guess Gold is good enough for me, if that ever happens.
