From what I recall, there are a total of 10chapters? I guess it is safe to say you receive one tear per completion which total to the max level 10 for the skills.
Not quite. 10 Chapters yes (Prologue + 8 actual Chapters + Epilogue), however, it's not 1 Tear per chapter completed. Tear applies to leveling Rhinne's Blessing & Resolve Time which have a max level of 5.
Just started chapter 8 here and stuck at level 3 still. Anyone happen to know the requirements for levels 4 & 5? ._.
