Well, I can't tell you what will be the most effective, but I can tell you how much experience you'll be getting from each kill.
160 I/L Arch Mage + 110 Leecher + 9x HS mule: For your kills you get ~4180 experience and the leecher gets ~2044.
160 I/L Arch Mage + 110 Leecher: For your kills you get ~2818 experience and the leecher ~1362.
160 I/L Arch Mage + 110 Leecher + 130 Bishop: For the I/L's kills the I/L gets ~3260 experience and the Bishop ~1630; for the Bishop's kills the I/L gets ~2006 and the Bishop ~2884. For either one the leecher gets ~1379.
160 I/L Arch Mage + 130 Bishop: For the I/L's kills the I/L gets ~4021 experience and the Bishop ~2249; for the Bishop's kills the I/L gets ~2767 and the Bishop ~3503.
All the values are assuming Jr Newties only and not Nests, but they're all proportional anyway.
