Is it really that hard to find all Xenons in the database who have a link-skill-last-assigned value in the future? Who on Earth goes and changes it on an id by id basis?
This bug affects dozens of people who reported it on the forums, and logically also affects hundreds who either don't know how to report it or figure enough have already complained and Nexon is sure to work on fixing it.
Guess Nexon want lots of spam in their forums, and lots of manual work for their employees. No wonder the maintenance has been extended, it takes forever to type all those "creative" igns.
